Meditation

What is meditation?

     It's not an act of doing; it's a state of awareness. Meditations' one goal is to slow down, and eventually completely stop activity in our minds so that we can be at one with our inner self. This is a state of profound deep peace when the mind is calm and silent.

 

     Meditation has been used for thousands of years as a way to attain a level of awareness that is beyond the limitations of the everyday thinking mind. Quite simply, it's the practice of bringing together mind, body and spirit!

     Come with me on the journey of self love through meditation and you may find yourself a bit happier, less stressed, sleeping better and even thinking positively. Imagine what more you could accomplish in your life if you stopped briefly every day long enough to practice self love. Aren't you worth it?

     I offer in-person group meditations.   These consist of basic meditations, Reiki meditations, and group hypnosis meditations.  You can also find electronic download meditations here to listen to on your own time
