Cancellation / Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
​Treatment and Course Credits will be given for all cancellations to be used on any Treatment or Course at a later date.
Return Policy:
No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Contact me at 484-390-0525 and I will be happy to assist you. All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an invoice #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we may properly credit your account. Returned items are only accepted if in resalable condition and purchased less than 10 days ago (returned at purchasers expense).
Due to the increase in shipping costs I reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Back Order Policy:
When any item is put on back-order a refund will be supplied within 48 hours for that item. You can reorder at a later time at your convenience.
Damages:
If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact me within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. I will credit your account or upon your request, replace any merchandise that is missing from your order or received in damaged condition. I will request the following information from your invoice - Who Picked and Who Packed the order. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Shipping Policies
Items will be shipped via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order and your location.
Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available. You will be unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
