From Sound Baths, Reiki Healing Circles and guided meditation to EFT, nervous-system practices, energy workshops and Reiki Certification, each experience offers an opportunity to learn, connect and make time for yourself.

Gather 4 or more friends or loved ones, and many classes, workshops and healing experiences can be scheduled privately for your group, either at Ashanti Naturals or, when appropriate, brought to you.
For groups of 5 or more, the host receives special pricing as a thank-you for bringing everyone together.

Reiki Healing Circles
A welcoming group Reiki experience designed to create space for relaxation, connection and energetic balance. Settle in, receive Reiki and enjoy time dedicated simply to slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
Sound Baths
Rest comfortably while the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments surround you. Each Sound Bath is designed to create a peaceful environment for deep relaxation, rest and reconnection.
Guided Meditation & Hypnosis
Guided experiences designed to help quiet the mind, turn your attention inward and create intentional time for relaxation and reflection. Experiences may include meditation, hypnosis meditation and Reiki depending on the offering.
Healing & Wellness Workshops
Interactive workshops where you'll learn practical tools you can continue using beyond the class. Topics may include EFT tapping, vagus nerve and nervous-system support, grounding and protection practices, crystals, energy awareness and other mind-body wellness practices.
Reiki Certification
Learn Usui Reiki through hands-on instruction, guided practice and attunement.
Reiki Levels One, Two and Master-level training are offered for those who want to deepen their personal Reiki practice or learn to share Reiki healing with others.
Private Group Experiences
Create a meaningful experience for your own group. Sound Baths, Reiki, meditation and select workshops can be arranged privately for friends, family, celebrations, wellness gatherings and other small groups.
