Group Hypnosis Meditation

A guided experience designed to help you relax, turn inward and connect more deeply with your thoughts, intentions and inner awareness.

Hypnosis Meditation combines deep relaxation with focused attention and guided suggestion. Using my voice and soothing background music, I'll gently guide you into a relaxed state where your attention can become more focused and everyday distractions can begin to fade into the background.

Unlike traditional meditation, where you may simply observe your thoughts or focus on your breath, Hypnosis Meditation uses intentional language and guided suggestion around a particular theme or focus.

You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience. You can hear my voice, respond if needed and choose whether any suggestion feels right for you.

You don't need to know how to meditate or have any previous experience with hypnosis. Your only job is to get comfortable, listen and allow yourself to experience it in your own way.

What Happens During Group Hypnosis Meditation?

You'll get comfortable, settle in and allow my voice to guide the experience.

When you arrive, you'll choose the space that feels most comfortable for you. Six zero-gravity chairs are available, along with floor space for those who prefer to settle in with a mat, blanket or cushion.

Once everyone is comfortable, I'll begin with soothing background music and gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state. From there, the meditation will move into the theme or intention for that particular experience.

I'll use guided imagery, intentional language and suggestion while giving you plenty of time to simply listen and experience what comes up for you. You remain aware throughout the meditation and are always free to adjust your position, open your eyes or simply return your attention to the room whenever you choose.

There's nothing you need to make happen. Simply get comfortable, listen and allow yourself to experience the meditation in your own way.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Hypnosis often feels much more familiar than people expect.

You may have experienced a similar state when you've become absorbed in a book, lost track of time while watching a movie, or driven a familiar route and realized you weren't consciously thinking about every turn along the way.

During Hypnosis Meditation, your body may become deeply relaxed while your attention becomes more focused on my voice and the experience I'm guiding you through. You may notice thoughts, images, emotions, memories or physical sensations, or you may simply feel peaceful and relaxed.

You are not asleep or unconscious. You'll still be aware of where you are, you'll hear my voice, and you remain in control throughout the experience.

And just like meditation, there isn't one particular way hypnosis is supposed to feel. Your experience is your own.

Group Hypnosis Meditation Themes

Each experience is created around a specific intention, giving you an opportunity to focus inward in a different way each time.

Themes may include relaxation and letting go, self-love and self-worth, confidence, releasing limiting beliefs, creating positive change, reconnecting with yourself, or other areas of personal growth and reflection.

Because each gathering has its own focus, you can choose the experiences that feel most meaningful to you. You don't need to attend every meditation or follow them in any particular order.
