Crown Chakra

​The Crown Chakra is located at the Crown of your head, connecting you with Divinity and life energy. Specifically linked to the Infinite - the Universal.  It deals specifically with higher consciousness, Divine purpose, and being connected to the world.  The Crown Chakra is also the gateway to the Head, Brain, Cerebral Cortex, Central Nervous System, Pituitary Gland. It's the Pituitary Gland that is considered the master gland as it controls several other hormone producing glands that regulate the Endocrine System.

Third Eye Chakra


The Third Eye Chakra is located above the bridge of your nose, connects you to higher consciousness and the center of perception and intuition. This is the Chakra that brings ideas, dreams, ambitions, goals, and inner strength to the forefront. Organ functions connected to the 3rd Eye are the Eyes, Optic Nerves, and Pineal gland which regulate physiological biorhythms, including sleep and wake time.

Throat Chakra


The Throat Chakra is located in the middle of our throat, regulates the processing of energy and is the gateway to your own personal truth, communication, and the synthesizing of ideas. Its element is the Etheric body, holds the divine blueprint of your body, and aligns the energy through the whole Chakra System. The throat is connected to the Esophagus, Mouth, Jaws, Tongue, Pharynx, Palate, Shoulders, Neck, and Thyroid Gland. It's the Thyroid Gland that is in charge of regulating the processing of energy, through body temperature, growth, and metabolism.

Heart Chakra


​The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the breastbone, is the center of unconditional love and compassion, connection to all things, and its element is air due to association of the breath and its movements. The Heart Chakra connects to the Cardiac System, Lungs, Immune System, as well as the Thymus Gland, which is in charge of regulating the Immune System.

Solar Plexus - Manipura

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located at the upper part of the belly where the diaphragm rests in the center and deals with your social self, self power, ambition and ability to achieve. Its element is fire, in connection with the sun, heat, energy of light, and all forms of energy power. This 'Self Power' Chakra is connected to Kidneys, Liver, Digestive System, Muscles, Pancreas, and Adrenals. All of these organs and systems help to transform matter into energy to fuel your body. 

Sacral Chakra


The Sacral Chakra is located about 3 inches below the naval in the center, and relates to the water element in the human body, since its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. It's motivated by pleasure, and the driving force for all enjoyment through the senses. The Sacral Chakra is the gateway to our creativity, emotions, desire, pleasure and sexuality, and is connected to the Lymphatic System, Male and Female Reproductive Organs, as well as the Large Intestines.

Root Chakra - Muladhara

The Root Chakra is located at the base of our spine and defines our relation to Earth. This is the center of our life force where we ground ourselves into the earth to anchor our energy. The Root is the foundation on which we build our life; the need for logic and order, physical strength, safety and security. It is connected to the Perineum, your Legs, & Feet.
