Each chakra will then be "tuned" with the corresponding crystal bowl, with particular attention given to any that feel imbalanced or blocked. I may incorporate additional tools like healing crystals, meditation, or tuning forks to deepen the experience.

Group Sound Baths with Chakra Balancing
I also offer Group Sound Bath experiences, where the collective power of crystal bowls is shared in a community setting. These are deeply restorative and ideal for those seeking relaxation, energetic cleansing, and the beautiful connection of group healing. Each sound bath includes full chakra balancing and can be themed around intention-setting, emotional release, or seasonal alignment.

What to Expect From A Session
In a Balancing & Maintenance session, a "tune up" if you will, I would spend the time available spinning and vibrating each bowl equally to keep and maintain balance and harmony in all Chakras. During each healing session, we first take a few minutes to discuss any specific needs or intentions you may have for the session. We will discuss any physical ailments happening within your body that will point me in the direction of any one or more Chakras that may need more attention and balancing than the rest. I may also use the power of other crystals to assist as well. Everyone's healing experience is very different so it's difficult to describe what you may or may not feel, but in the end, rest assured that Quartz Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls are powerful tools of rejuvenation for your entire system, mind, body and spirit!
