Why Sound Therapy?
Sound Therapy is one of the most powerful healing techniques! Sound can change the molecular structure of water and can even change or effect consciousness! During this 1 Hour Sound Bath Group Session, you'll receive the benefits of the sounds and vibrations of the Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, light drumming, Tuning Forks, Crystal Pyramids, Chimes, a Handpan, and a Rainmaker. All of these instruments blended together in harmony will assist in clearing and balancing your energetic body.
Clear quartz has the ability to amplify, transform, store and transfer energy. The tones produced by the crystal bowls and pyramids are not only heard by the ear, but felt in the body, enabling the energy to echo throughout each of the Chakra Centers. Each bowl and the two quartz crystal singing pyramids each have their own pitch and sound with an amazing, clear, deep, and rich vibrational resonance with the power to Heal.
Healing processes are also initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronize with the perfect resonance of the Tibetan bowls. The sound and vibrations of each promote a relaxed state perfect for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages.

Light drumming assists in the release of old stagnant or negative energy. This old stagnant or negative energy sometimes blocks the free flow of your energy centers, keeping you in a sense of dis-ease.

How The Crystal Bowls Work
There are seven crystal singing bowls, digitally attuned to a music scale of C, D, E, F, G, A, and B, and each is connected to and resonates with one of the seven main Chakras to bring balance and harmony. The larger bowls 'sing' or vibrate with a deeper sound and resonate with all things physical. The smaller bowls 'sing' or vibrate with a higher sound and resonate with all things spiritual. Each bowl's vibrations will help move the lifeless energy force in that Chakra, and rejuvenating it will help bring it back its original blueprint of the pristine spinning energy vortex and magnificence that keeps us healthy and whole.
What to Expect From A Personal Session
In a Balancing & Maintenance session, a "tune up" if you will, I would spend the time available spinning and vibrating each bowl equally to keep and maintain balance and harmony in all Chakras. During each healing session, we first take a few minutes to discuss any specific needs or intentions you may have for the session. We will discuss any physical ailments happening within your body that will point me in the direction of any one or more Chakras that may need more attention and balancing than the rest. I may also use the power of other crystals to assist as well. Everyone's healing experience is very different so it's difficult to describe what you may or may not feel, but in the end, rest assured that Quartz Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls are powerful tools of rejuvenation for your entire system, mind, body and spirit!
