Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, energetic balance and overall well-being. Your session is personalized to you and what you're experiencing that day. During your treatment, you'll rest comfortably on the Reiki table while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or hands-above-the-body techniques. The intention is to create space for your mind and body to slow down, release tension and reconnect with a greater sense of balance. Every Reiki experience is different. You may notice warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release or simply a sense of quiet and rest. You don't need to feel anything in particular for Reiki to be a meaningful experience. Want to include Chakra Balancing? Add Chakra Balancing to your session for $5. This brings additional focused attention to the seven primary energy centers while you receive Reiki. Preparing for your session: Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. You'll remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.
