Service Description

Sometimes an experience ends, but something within us continues to carry it. Past Wounds Healing + Reiki is a deeper healing experience for those who feel that a painful event, relationship, loss or experience from the past is still emotionally or energetically present in their life today. You'll receive Reiki throughout the entire 90-minute session, with Reiki flowing through the crown as I gently guide you through the experience. Through conversation, visualization and awareness of what you're feeling within your body, we'll explore what arises and where you may still be holding the experience physically, emotionally or energetically. You may be guided to look inward and notice where the wound feels present within your body. Together, we'll explore what that area may be communicating, what emotions or memories arise, what you needed at the time, and what you may need now. Rather than simply revisiting what happened, the intention is to bring compassion, understanding and healing attention to the part of you that still feels connected to the experience. Reiki continues throughout the process, supporting you as we gently work with what comes forward and create space for release, restoration and integration. For those who connect with spiritual guidance, your spirit guides and soul team may also be invited to support the experience. If past lives or soul experiences are part of your spiritual beliefs, we can also remain open to anything that arises through that lens during the session.
