Service Description

Sometimes experiences from childhood leave behind feelings, beliefs or unmet needs that continue to show up in our adult lives. Inner Child Healing + Reiki creates a gentle space to connect with that younger part of yourself with compassion, understanding and love. You'll receive Reiki throughout the entire 90-minute session, with Reiki flowing through the crown as I gently guide you inward. Through conversation, visualization and awareness of what you're feeling within your body, we'll explore what your inner child may be holding and what they need from you now. You may be guided to connect with a particular age, memory or experience and notice what comes forward. Together, we'll explore what your younger self felt, what they needed but may not have received, and what would feel supportive now. That might mean offering your inner child reassuring words, validation, protection, forgiveness, a symbolic hug, gentle guidance, or simply allowing them to finally feel heard and seen. Reiki continues throughout the experience, bringing focused healing energy and loving attention to what arises while supporting the integration of the work. For those who connect with spiritual guidance, your spirit guides and soul team may also be invited to support you throughout the experience.
