Join Nicole of Life Healing Energy for a deeply restorative 2-hour healing workshop focused on learning the practice of EFT Tapping. Release. Regulate. Rise. Release - letting go of stored stress, emotions, trauma patterns, overwhelm. Regulate - calming the nervous system and helping the body feel safe again. Rise - reconnecting to self-worth, clarity, empowerment, and emotional freedom. We'll be blending tapping, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and gentle energetic healing to help participants release emotional heaviness, reconnect to themselves, and begin healing from within. Everyone in attendance will receive a Reiki Drip for the duration of the workshop. Workshop Intention: This class is designed to help participants: -understand the basics of EFT Tapping -calm and regulate the nervous system -release stored emotional stress through tapping -reconnect with self-love and self-worth -support healing of the mind, body, and spirit -experience emotional safety and grounding -open the door to deeper one-on-one healing work To allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience without the distraction of note-taking, all course materials, guides, and supportive resources will be provided electronically to participants following the class or workshop.
