Choose Your Session EFT + Reiki | 60 Minutes | $130 20 minutes EFT + 40 minutes Reiki A focused session when you have something specific you'd like to explore while still allowing plenty of time to relax and receive Reiki. Your session includes: ✔ Personalized guided EFT Tapping ✔ 40 minutes of Reiki Energy Healing ✔ Personalized tapping focused on your specific concern ✔ EFT Guide for continued self-practice ✔ Choice of in-person or distant session EFT + Reiki | 90 Minutes | $165 30 minutes EFT + 60 minutes Reiki The additional time allows us to spend longer exploring what you're experiencing through EFT before transitioning into a full 60-minute Reiki treatment. Your session includes: ✔ Personalized guided EFT Tapping ✔ Full 60-minute Reiki treatment ✔ Additional time for deeper reflection and exploration ✔ Personalized tapping focused on your specific concern ✔ EFT Guide for continued self-practice ✔ Choice of in-person or distant session Session via Google Meet: We'll meet through Google Meet for the EFT portion of your session. When we transition into Reiki, you'll get comfortable in your own space while I provide your Reiki treatment distantly. What to Expect 1. Review & Clarify We'll begin by discussing what you'd like support with and identify the focus for your tapping session. 2. EFT Tapping I'll guide you through tapping while we explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs and physical sensations connected to what you're experiencing. 3. Reiki Integration You'll then transition from active tapping into Reiki, giving you time to rest, receive and allow the experience to settle. 4. Continued Support You'll receive an EFT Tapping Guide so you can continue using the technique on your own between sessions.
