Meaningful change rarely happens all at once. This six-session journey gives us the time and space to look at where you are today, understand what may be keeping you there, and intentionally work toward where you want to be. Together, we'll create a personalized path centered around your life, your needs and your goals. Your journey may include support with healing and rebuilding after narcissistic abuse, financial rebuilding and budgeting, debt payoff, self-worth and boundaries, major life transitions, personal goals, or creating a new direction for your future. The focus can also evolve as you do. What you need in your first session may be very different from what you need by your sixth. Reclaim Yourself. Rebuild Your Foundation. Create Your Future. Each 90-minute virtual session includes: 60 Minutes of Personalized Mentoring We'll explore what's happening in your life, identify patterns and obstacles, develop practical strategies and create manageable next steps. As we continue meeting, we'll review your progress, adjust what's needed and keep moving toward the goals that matter to you. 30 Minutes of Distant Reiki or Supportive Healing At the end of each mentoring session, you'll get comfortable in your own space while I provide the healing portion from mine, giving you time to slow down, integrate and receive. Support Between Sessions Depending on what we're working on, you may receive personalized exercises, journal prompts, budgeting tools, reflection work, action steps or other resources to help you continue making progress between our meetings. We'll meet privately through Google Meet, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. 6 × 90-minute sessions | $950 Save $100 when booked as a journey. This isn't about having your entire life figured out. It's about having support, structure and a place to begin, then continuing forward one intentional step at a time. Mentoring provides personal guidance, education and support and is not a substitute for licensed mental health, financial, legal or medical care.
