Hypnosis Meditation

Meditation is not an act of doing; it's a state of awareness. Meditations' one goal is to slow down, and eventually completely stop activity in our minds so that we can be at one with our inner self. This is a state of profound deep peace when the mind is calm and silent.

Meditation has been used for thousands of years as a way to attain a level of awareness that is beyond the limitations of the everyday thinking mind. Quite simply, it's the practice of bringing together mind, body and spirit!

What is hypnosis and hypnotic meditations?

     

Hypnosis is a process for inducing a relaxed state of mind and a space for communication between the conscious and unconscious minds. We can use hypnosis meditation as a tool to tap into the subconscious mind.  This is the part of the mind where all suppressed issues reside, and we can resolve them and create long lasting changes. By resolving these suppressed memories/issues, we unleash the power of our mind in order to create the life we desire.
