*To honor your time and the energy of the group, we now require a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot for all group sessions, classes, and courses. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of your class, course, or session.

*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early, as doors will close and sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. This allows you to settle in, ground your energy, and be fully present for your experience.

*For your comfort, you’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and any other items that help you relax during the group sessions. Bring water, a small snack(s) for during courses and workshops.

*If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Your mindfulness and respect for this policy allow the energy exchange to remain in balance and open space for others to join.
