The Crown Chakra is located at the crown of your head, and connects you with Divinity and life energy.  Specifically linked to the infinite - the Universal, it deals with higher consciousness, Divine purpose, and being connected to the world.  It's commonly associated with the color violet, and is the gateway to the Head, Brain, Cerebral Cortex, Central Nervous System, and Pituitary Gland.  It's the pituitary gland that is considered the master gland as it controls several other hormone producing glands that regulate the Endocrine System.  
  It's the "Soul Plan" and reflects all of our past lives, and also our goals in this life.
