All of the work I’ve been doing diligently in the past year and a half is because I know that I’m going to need surgery at some point and that point in time was approaching sooner than anticipated. I am scared to death that if I don’t take care of all of this unfinished business from the past, the issue will come back to another place in my body, and with avengence. Boy, having had cancer sure does have a way of scaring the crap out of you.
Meditation is next on my list of this healing journey. Meditation is such an amazing tool for so many things and it’s now one of the ways that I heal myself while I sleep in addition to daily/weekly meditations. Because of the daily craziness of life, I’ve been meditating for years now just to bring me back to the balance I need.
