cluttered room and noticing all of the things that need done, because the room is filled with an overabundance of things that maybe don't belong. Think about how you sometimes feel after you've just cleaned your home, room or office. Personally, cleaning my closets out in the new year of all of the things that are not worn on a weekly basis, or that don't fit the way I would like, puts me in a better head space and makes me feel good. I usually donate the clothes that others could use, which is always a plus, but now my mind just received its own tune-up, so to speak, because my space is cleared of all clutter that bogs me down personally. This is usually a cleansing of sorts, with it bringing a feeling of clarity, and fresh energy, so that your mind is now clear to move onto the next task in your day or week.
about feelings of euphoria and a general sense of well-being. Although difficult, this is especially good for a person with an illness or disease with pain involved. This was a huge part of my own personal healing process after thyroid cancer. It was so difficult for me to simply get through my daily responsibilities, but I did what little bit extra I could each day. So, if this sounds a tad familiar to you, start slow, and do what you can. Just keep moving. The endorphins will take care of the rest.
can live productively in this moment today. Worrying about the future, which has not yet happened, and which we have no control over anyway, is a total waste of the current moment your in as well. So do the best you can to live mindfully in each moment because this is the only moment you have. The past is gone, and only today is promised, so lived mindfully in the here and now!
Practice these 6 habits daily and see what kind of miracles flow over into your life over the course of this year!! Success is quite simply, a shift in attitude toward ourselves, and doing all of those things to create a better sense of well-being and love in your life.
