I have been practicing Reiki for many years now. Every time I help someone to heal themselves, I am also healing something inside of myself. I've been on a healing journey for many many years now, and Reiki is where it all began! Reiki knows no time, distance, or space, so it can even be sent to a future event, such as a job interview or an important exam in the future. It can be sent to a person who will be undergoing surgery, before, during, or after to assist in the relaxation process and aid in the bodies own natural healing process after the surgery. I've sent Reiki to a room full of yogi's during the Savasana part of our practice. I've even sent Reiki to people I've seen while driving who've been in an accident. Reiki can be sent to any stressful or unpleasant situations in your life to alleviate any difficulties you may have, or it can just be used as a wonderful healing energy to enhance your daily life!
This year, I've been using a Reiki Healing Box for my friends and family. Quite simply, it's Distant Reiki for the many healing needs of all of those that I love and can't be physically in front of daily. I put the names of those that need healing in the box, and I send Reiki Energy to the box daily. This, in turn, is sending healing energy to all those people that are in need of healing, that I list in the box.
